HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY SIZE IS?
On the page of the shoe you are going to buy, you will see that you have a button that says "Size guide". If you click there, you will see a range of measurements per size. You just have to measure your foot and see which size suits you best. ARE THE MODELS UNISEX?
Our shoes are UNISEX. We differentiate between boys and girls by colour (according to the preferences we see you have). But if you are a boy and you like a girl's colour or vice versa, no problem!
IS THE SIZING THE SAME FOR BOYS AND GIRLS?
Totally the same. There is no difference. If you've seen a colour you like and it's your size, go for it without fear! 😎
WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE?
We manufacture by hand in Elche. They are pioneers in eco-friendly processes such as the elimination of toxins or the use of solar panels 🌱The factory is run by the third generation of a family that has been making shoes all their lives. You can imagine the care they put into every shoe they make 😍.
ARE THE SHOES COMFORTABLE?
Our manufacturers used to make slippers before getting into the world of sneakers. So you can imagine what it's like to apply this knowledge to a street shoe! Besides, the 4mm viscoelastic insole makes them super comfortable. But the best thing is for you to check them out and then tell us about it!
WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE COUPLE&PIE MADE OF?
We use top quality split leather for our shoes. For the inner lining we use leather or canvas depending on the model. The sole is also #plasticfree 🌱 as it is made of natural rubber.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?
The shipment takes 3-5 working days from the time it leaves our warehouse. Please note that if an order is shipped on Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS?
Of course we do! Just don't forget to include your ID number as we will need it to make the invoice. Please note that in the Canary Islands the exchange or free return is not included.
I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you want to change the address you have to do it immediately because the orders usually leave the same day or the next day. To change the address, you have to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or if you prefer you can call us on 961 136 635.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELIVERED AND I AM NOT AT HOME?
If you are not at home, they may call you (but this depends on the courier) and if not, they will try again the next day. If they don't succeed either, you will receive an email asking you to indicate when and how you want to pick it up.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive the tracking number as soon as we send the package. You will receive a text message and an email with all the details so that you can always know where it is and when it will arrive.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER SOMEWHERE?
Yes you can but you will have to ask for it to DHL.

Of course you can! 🤙You can do it for any reason within the established period (as long as the shoes are in the same condition as you received them). And also for FREE!
HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?
It's super easy! Send us an email with your order number (or the name with which you placed the order). If you want to exchange your order let us know in the mail what model and size you need so we can reserve it. We will send it to you as soon as we receive the other one. If it is a return, also let us know. We will refund your money as soon as we receive your oder.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 90 days from the day you received your order 🙌.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR ANOTHER MODEL OR SIZE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE MONEY BACK?
Once we receive back the pair you send us to return, the refund takes a maximum of 7 working days. 💪
